What if I have 2 or more computers in my home?

You can connect upto 50 computers to the modem, but you are responsible for the networking process we provide the connection to the internet.

Where can I get technical support?

You have 24/7 technical support. We provide online support and telephone support, as well as local installation support.

How do I disconnect?

Go to the Start Menu on your computer and click on connect to, a window will appear and your connection will be shown. Right click and disconnect.
